Pricing
Please note: all prices are subject to change WITHOUT notice. While we strive to keep our prices up-to-date and current, occasionally we find that due to circumstances outside of our control, such as price increases from our suppliers and/or increases in shipping costs, the prices on the website may not reflect the most current pricing. If you have placed an order with us and a circumstance such as this occurs, you will be contacted with the most up-to-date pricing and you may choose to proceed or terminate the order at your sole discretion.
Return Policy
All returns must be approved by chinascooter.net PRIOR to shipping them back. If you would like to return an item, contact us via e-mail at csr@carswholesale.net.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Please obtain authorization before returning any items..
Returns/Refunds on Parts
New parts in unused condition (except special order items) may be returned within 14 days for a refund less shipping and handling and a 10% restocking fee. If you would like to exchange the item for one of equal or greater value, we will waive the restocking fee. If you have a defective part, we will exchange it for another part at no cost. You must ship it to us for inspection and upon confirmation of the defect, we will ship you a replacement free of charge. If you need a replacement quickly, you may order a replacement and return the defective part for inspection and confirmation. Upon confirmation, we will refund your cost including shipping.
Returns/Refunds on ATVs, motorcycles and other off-road vehicles

Once the return is authorized, you will be responsible to pay for return shipping and there is a 10% re-stocking fee. If you would like to exchange the item for one of equal or greater value, we will waive the restocking fee, but you will still be responsible for all shipping and handling charges. All products must be received back in sellable condition including original packaging or no refund will be issued.
Items Damaged in Transit
If a damaged unit is signed for by the consignee, it is the responsibility of the consignee to settle the matter with the carrier. It is imperative to check units prior to acceptance. If the crate is damaged, do not accept the shipment. The carrier will return the crate, and chinascooter.net will facilitate the replacement product. If a claim has to be made, the consignee may have to wait until the claim is settled, or pay any further costs to get the replacement product right away.
